My name is Brock Bauer and I am recruiter for Aerotek, Inc and we are
Linux Software Engineers. Our client is a manufacturer of cockpit
displays for commercial and military aircraft. They are currently
building a box/display for Boeing and Jeppesen which will be called the
Jeppesen Electronic Flight Bag. Any help that you could offer with
your user group would be greatly appreciated. The company is located in
Milwaukee and is looking for at least 3 people that are strong in Linux.
The company has been around for over 50 years and for the past 25 years
they haven't laid off a single one of their perm employee's. These
are the qualifications
that they are looking for in the Software Engineering position:
Linux Software Engineer
3 years experience in any of the following areas:
-Developing and designing Linux Drivers
-Developing graphic drivers in Linux
-Developing Kernel modifications
-Developing file management services in Linux
Experience with developing driver for ATI Range Mobility (Linux, Windows,
or anything) a Plus.
Must be authorized for permanent labor in the United States.
