ThoughtWorks, Inc. to Acquire Calgary Firm Servidium Inc. 

   Chicago, IL/PRNewswire/ -- ThoughtWorks, Inc. has announced 
an agreement to acquire Servidium(TM) Inc. located in Calgary, 
Alberta. The acquisition will allow ThoughtWorks to expand its 
e-business application development and systems integration 
services for Canadian-based Global 1000 companies. Servidium 
is a software company focused on the development of web-enabled 
enterprise applications using advanced technologies. The company 
has extensive expertise in enterprise application integration, high-end 
Java architecture, and J2EE technologies, and is a strategic member 
of the Sun Developer Connection program with Sun Microsystems, Inc.
ThoughtWorks and Servidium expect the acquisition to be finalized 
by September 30, 2001.
   ThoughtWorks and Servidium had previously partnered on behalf 
of a leading North American energy company focused on natural 
gas transmission and electric power services.
   Upon completion of the acquisition, the Servidium staff will move 
a newly acquired ThoughtWorks office located at 805 10th Avenue 
SW, Calgary, Alberta. The Calgary headquarters will be ready for 
occupancy by November.
    The new headquarters will focus on existing key markets within 
Canada including energy, leasing, financial services, insurance, 
retail/supply chain, and data/voice communications.
    Servidium employs 15 people.  Founded in 1999, the company 
has developed a number of proprietary application development 
tools, including the Jaydoh Framework, a modular development 
platform that enables the rapid development of web and wireless
J2EE applications.

Navigation Technologies' NAVTECH(R) Map data Offers 
Nationwide Coverage 

    Chicago, IL /PRNewswire/ -- Already producing the most 
widely-used digital map database in the world, Navigation 
Technologies Corporation has announced a 3.56 million-mile 
upgrade of NAVTECH digital map data.  This upgrade delivers 
full coverage of 5.3 million miles of roadway in the continental 
U.S. NAVTECH data is currently harnessed  by all U.S. automotive 
navigation systems, seven of 10 European car brands and the 
majority of leading Internet, Wireless and PDA (personal digital 
assistant) digital map applications from MapQuest and Microsoft

Interface Software and AvantGo Form Strategic Alliance 

Software and AvantGo, Inc. announced a strategic

develop advanced mobility options for Interface 
Software's professional services client relationship 
management (CRM) solution, InterAction.
   AvantGo provides an end-to-end software 
solution that enables companies to build and deepen 
relationships with their workforce, partners and 
customers.  Its mobile applications and productivity 
solutions deliver corporate data and applications onto 
mobile devices, replicating important information for
wireless, off-line and on-demand or push access. 
   AvantGo M-Business Server's support in an off-line 
environment enables mobile users to review and update

AvantGo and Interface Software are jointly developing an

companies are currently building a Mobile Relationship 
Intelligence Channel, a channel allowing wireless device
