I have a client looking for The following:


 This position is a permanent position with our client for a Level II 
or III Help Desk Technician with Unix (Solaris preferred) and Linux, and 
knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Work is mostly phone-based. 
Will be supporting client product. Software runs on a network, so a strong 
understanding of network applications in different environments is 
important. Software is often sold with a firewall - therefore customers are 
putting in software and a firewall at the same time.
