Position: QA Manager - Web
Job
Description: This QA Analyst
will be in a management role. Responsible for preparing for and running the testing
process in the areas of task estimation, creation of test Plan, preparing test data,
and executing test plan. After execution, QA Analyst will analyze system functionality
and provide ongoing system testing and support.
Business
Objective: **Client is
looking for someone with serious experience in a lead/managerial capacity.
Person will be responsible for ownership and coordination of the entire quality
assurance/testing function across multiple projects. This includes resource
allocation(including the possibility of managing offshore work), heavy

automated functional testing tool, and documenting evolving processes and procedures

Job Description: Sr. Application Developer- Play an active role
in the full life cycle of web and other application development. Work closely
with business consultants, architects, and developers to design and develop
solutions. Support and maintain existing web and other application solutions.
Provide recommendations for enhancements to the HR Technology suite of applications.
Author technical documentation. Hard core development work using JAVA/STRUTS.
Technical skills essential for this
assignment: 1)7+ years with Java, J2EE, Unix, SQL, Oracle, DB2 or
Informix 2) Strong STRUTS framework a must 3)Knowledge and experience with
