11:15 AM - An Audio & Video Editing & Production Class with Rokk Lattanzio, independant producer/artist/sound engineer and stellar LPBN.Org Arts Co-op member. (Thanks Rokk!)
2:00 PM - Wireless Access & Security Workshop and update on the Venice Neighborhood Area Network w/ Senior Engineer Bao Ha who demonstrates 802.1x - Wep and nocat wireless security features, followed by a talk by Mike Outmesguine, author of 'Wi-Fi Toys.'
3:30 - 5:30 PM - Independent Documentaries and Creative Films presented by Independent Filmmakers:
Duc Nguyen “Mediated Reality,” filmed in Cuba while Elias Gonzalez struggled along with many others, between two worlds.
Tao Rospolli of LAFCo shares a couple of his favorites (and ours) from his filmmaker's cooperatives archives
Jeff Norman and a to be announced guest present the hard, but must be know facts behind or countries continued war in Iraq as part of “US Tour of Duty” including courageous testimonies of families torn apart.
Filmmaker Lisa Straussmen shares pieces from feature length documentary on homeless artists “Souldiers,”
Chris Chronin', co-founder of Kapeesh.Org gets creative with the dissent while also pushing the new media technologies to their extremes at all times.
